8. Liability: The company is not liable for: • Pre-existing system defects or issues. • Damages caused by unauthorized modifications or improper use. • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, supply chain issues).
9. Equipment Ownership: Equipment remains the property of the company until full payment is received.
10. Force Majeure: The company is not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or government actions.
11. Termination: The company reserves the right to terminate the service agreement if the customer fails to comply with the terms or if unsafe working conditions are present.
